The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS): Mission and courses on offer

The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Composed of over 40,000 CRS’ designees and candidates/general members it is headquartered in Chicago, Ill. The CRS recruits and retains REALTORS® and international Real Estate professionals who seek knowledge and tools while pursuing relationship-building and referral opportunities. The aim is to equip Real Estate professionals to maximise their income and professionalism in the residential real estate.

The CRS strives to provide superior educational opportunities and proper client serving tools while reflecting Real Estate consumer diversity. At the same time it creates and maintains organisational systems and alliances with appropriate organisations. Above all, the CRS ensures integrity.
