- Formative: Individual and group-work/exercise-workbook
- Summative: Individual demonstration of competence in scenario/role play situation, logbook.

PROGRAMME BENEFIT
- Demonstrate understanding of moderation within the context of an outcomes-based assessment system;
- Plan and prepare for moderation;
- Conduct moderation;
- Advise and support assessors;
- Report, record and administer moderation; and,
- Review moderation systems and processes.
LEARNER SUPPORT
Learners will be supported during and after the training. If a learner is found to be “Not yet Competent”, an Assessor will provide learner support.
The process should be regarded as developmental and as a fundamental requirement of the DITASA Quality Management System.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 12 learners must attend the training.
CERTIFICATION
Learners declared competent, will receive a Certificate of Competence and a Statement of Results from the ETDP SETA.
