PROGRAMME BENEFIT

This two-day workshop is designed to help you overcome many of the management problems you will encounter in your first few weeks as a manager, regardless of whether you are a team leader, project manager or a unit coordinator. To deal with multiple problems as a new manager is not easy but it should not have to lead to discouragement.
