DITASA (Pty) Ltd has developed an Integrated Development Model (IDM) that is based on the critical foundation of ensuring that certain human resource and development strategies support the strategic objectives of the company. If any of these strategies or functions is not aligned with the strategic objectives of the company, it will mean that company may not achieve its vision.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

• The Integrated Development Model (IDM) provides a standard for assessing existing strategies and functions.
• It is a tool that can be used to conduct a needs analysis on any strategy or function.
• The IDM is not prescriptive and cannot be used or implemented on every client. It rather provides a basis for complimenting existing strategies and functions.
• The IDM is based on the South African environment. It has been designed by experts with in-depth knowledge of the South African environment.
• The IDM is flexible, and can easily be customized to the point where only a part of the model is used for further development.
